Hey guys, I've had a lot of people ask about the crepes I make on a regular.  I mostly make plain crepes and fill them with cottage cheese.  This is a traditional Polish food that many people put maple syrup on after baking (not me).  My favorite food hands down though is manicotti, not manicotti made with filled pasta shells from the store but real manicotti.  So since I had all the ingredients in my fridge I decided to make some for dinner tonight.  So directions are for manicotti but crepe...
